Kitchen System Administrator
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborating with the Head Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations and high-quality food production.
Serving as the primary contact for kitchen staff and suppliers for operational inquiries.
Managing kitchen systems and promptly completing administrative tasks.
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and procedures.
Handling supplier orders, negotiating prices, and ensuring value for money.
Inputting recipes into systems, creating and verifying allergen sheets.
Processing orders, generating production reports, order sheets, labels, and other necessary kitchen documents..
Managing staff schedules, attendance, holiday bookings, and assisting with recruitment..
Encouraging innovation and efficiency in kitchen operations.
Regularly reviewing personal performance and striving to meet or exceed targets.
